REGULATION OF THE IDS 2023 LOTTERY HELD BY TECNOMED ITALIA SRL
The lottery is reserved to attendees of the IDS 2023 fair, from 14th March to 18th March 2023, who
visit the Tecnomed Italia stand, STAND F/G 80/90, in HALL 11.3.
Each lottery ticket is given away for free. The lottery is not for profit. The goal is to raise awareness of
Tecnomed Italia, with no other purpose. Tecnomed Italia Srl will not ask for personal or sensitive data
for participation in the lottery. Participation in the lottery implies the express acceptance of this
regulation in its entirety. Tecnomed Italia Srl is not connected in any way with Boscolo Tours SpA or
any companies connected to it.
RESPONSIBILITIES & OBLIGATIONS
LParticipation implies the express acceptance of this regulation in all its parts. The winner shall
indemnify and hold Tecnomed Italia Srl harmless from any claim relating to winning the prize Gift Box.
Furthermore:
Once the Gift Box has been delivered to the winner, Tecnomed Italia Srl shall be exempt from any
future claims by the winner regarding the Gift Box, including any compensation for damages in
relation to the Boscolo Tours SpA Box.

For each Gift Box, the conditions of Boscolo Tours SpA shall apply (see below).
The winner will not be able to dispute the prize awarded, nor request its corresponding value in cash,
exchange or replacement, for any reason whatsoever. The winner may not make any claim any
compensation for damages resulting from acceptance and/or use of the prize.
LOTTERY PROCEDURE
- All attendees of the IDS 2023 fair who visit the Tecnomed Italia stand, STAND F/G 80/90, in HALL
11.3, may, if they wish, collect, free of charge and on a non-profit basis, ONE NUMBERED TICKET
for the lottery held by Tecnomed Italia.
From 14th to 18th of March 2023, at 17:45, one ticket will be drawn from among those given out
during each single day of the fair.
Each lottery ticket is valid for the draw of the day it was given out, and not for draws taking place on
other days of the fair.
It is possible to take a different ticket each day for each day of the fair, from 14th to 18th March 2023.
The drawn winning ticket will be announced on Tecnomed Italia’s social media profiles (Instagram
and Facebook) each evening of the 5 days of the fair, at 17:45.
