DENTAL CHAIR
The OVER chair combines lightness, comfort and safety. Its die-cast aluminium frame and anatomical padding ensure excellent stability and ergonomic support. The low minimum height (42 cm) allows easy access for children and elderly patients.
Optional non-toxic gel padding without memory effect further enhances comfort during long procedures. The independent movement of seat and backrest can be controlled via the integrated foot joystick, providing full flexibility to the operator.
Equipped with six anti-crushing safety sensors, the chair guarantees total protection in every position.
The Trendelenburg function, activated by a dedicated control button, automatically tilts the backrest downward to improve circulation and ensure patient safety in emergency situations.
HEADREST
The multi-articulated headrest of the OVER Dental Unit is designed to provide maximum comfort and operational precision.
Featuring a double-jointed, tilting mechanism, sliding support, and anatomical padding, it easily adjusts to the desired position and perfectly supports the patient’s cervical area.
The removable and reversible bracket facilitates treatment for patients with disabilities, while the ergonomic design ensures optimal visibility of the oral cavity during procedures.
As an alternative, the chair can be equipped with the flat “Elle Mobile” headrest with double articulation, offering even greater accessibility.
The supplied magnetic cushion gently embraces the patient’s head, enhancing stability and comfort; for pediatric patients, it can also be attached to the chair backrest.
DOCTOR CONSOLE
The doctor’s console of the OVER Dental Unit features a 2 cm thick polyurethane cover supported by a self-balancing double-jointed pantograph arm for optimal stability and movement.
It accommodates up to five instruments and includes dual soft-touch control panels, designed for both right- and left-handed operators to ensure intuitive and efficient handling.
The instrument support mat is removable and autoclavable at 135°C, ensuring maximum hygiene and easy maintenance.
The control panel integrates a Patient SOS button (Trendelenburg activation) and a dental light on/off switch, with the lamp automatically turning on when the chair’s working position is selected.
SERVO SYSTEM SPRYDO
The S.S.S.P.R.I.D.O. servo-assisted arm (Servo System Sprido), supplied as standard with the OVER Dental Unit, is a patented technology that enhances ergonomics and reduces operator fatigue.
When the instrument is activated, the tubing automatically extends to its full range, completely eliminating cord tension on the hand and allowing unrestricted movement.
This innovation maximizes hose extension efficiency, improving comfort, precision, and smoothness during all procedures.

MICROMOTOR CONTROL PANEL
The micromotor control panel of the OVER Dental Unit automatically detects the selected instrument, allowing precise adjustment of torque, maximum speed, and rotation direction.
By selecting the contra-angle transmission ratio, the output speed is automatically calculated and displayed on the LCD screen.
When using the ultrasonic scaler, the operator can select the working mode and adjust vibration intensity according to the clinical procedure.
All LCD functions can also be managed via the multifunction foot control, ensuring ergonomic operation and total control at every stage.
ASSISTANT’S CONSOLE
The assistant’s module of the OVER Dental Unit is mounted on a jointed arm with a special anchoring system that extends the range of movement, allowing easy access to the operating area even from the 10 o’clock position.
The integrated control panel mirrors the functions of the doctor’s module, enabling instant and coordinated operation.
The tray features four instrument holders and a durable 18x10 cm aluminium tray for optimal organization.
In addition to the syringe and suction cannulas, it is prearranged for a curing light.
The integrated suction hose, built into the arm structure, enhances hygiene and design, while the easily accessible secretion filter, located beneath the assistant’s tray, allows quick and effortless cleaning by simple removal.
WATER UNIT
The water unit of the OVER Dental Unit features an elegant 2 cm thick polyurethane design, offering exceptional resistance to disinfectants and long-lasting durability.
It is easily accessible thanks to a drawer-style opening on guides with 150° rotation, simplifying maintenance for the assistant.
The swivel bowl, rotating up to 105°, facilitates patient rinsing, while the smooth ceramic surface ensures perfect hygiene and easy cleaning.
Both the bowl and cup filler assembly are removable and autoclavable, maintaining high hygiene standards in the operatory area.
Bowl water can be activated manually or automatically together with the cup filler.
Upon request, the unit can be equipped with the Wek Light Metasys water decontamination system for enhanced safety and disinfection.
SANIVAC SYSTEM
Sanivac is an automatic cleaning and disinfection system developed by Tecnomed Italia to ensure maximum hygiene and safety of the suction lines.
In just 15 seconds, the system sanitizes the entire circuit using a specific disinfectant liquid drawn from a dedicated tank, providing effective and effortless cleaning.
Sanivac minimizes the risk of cross-contamination and reduces workload, delivering continuous prevention and automated hygiene management for the dental unit.
FOOT CONTROL & JOYSTICK
The multifunction foot control of the OVER Dental Unit features the Feed-Fec system for progressive activation of instruments, ensuring precision and total control during procedures.
Spray functions can remain active via the central button or be used only when needed through the lower lever.
The pedal also includes a reverse function for the micromotor and allows on/off control of the operating light with a simple lever movement.
The foot joystick, located at the base of the chair, enables manual positioning, preset recalls, and automatic return to the “zero” position.
The “last position” key facilitates rinsing and quick return to the last working position.
OPERATING LIGHTS
The Esa Line surgical lights for the OVER Dental Unit include two models: Esalight 2 and Esacam.
Both provide uniform, shadow-free illumination and can be installed on the unit, ceiling, wall, or mobile stand.
The ceiling and wall versions are available in single or dual-head configurations, allowing combinations such as Esalight 2 + Esacam for optimal lighting performance.
The Esacam model integrates a Full HD camera with 30x optical zoom and autofocus, enabling users to view, record, project, or stream clinical images via HDMI output.
The Esalight 2 can be equipped with the OKKIO USB camera, ideal for clinical documentation and training.
IMAGING KIT ON OVER
