The horizontally sliding tray can be positioned directly above the patient, allowing manual dental instruments to be placed within the operative field and ensuring a natural, controlled grip throughout dental surgical procedures. Pneumatic height adjustment, up to 129 cm, enables precise positioning according to different clinical needs. Developed specifically for dental and surgical applications, this configuration improves operator ergonomics and ensures continuity and precision within the surgical workflow, making MAYCART an active part of the procedure rather than a simple support element.
Operational autonomy and precise foot control
Maycart is designed to provide true operational autonomy during daily clinical activity. The cart integrates a pressurized water bottle, ensuring a constant and independent water supply, without the need for connection to the main system. Instrument activation and control are managed through the Feed-Fec progressive foot pedal, also manufactured by Tecnomed Italia, equipped with integrated controls for spray activation and micromotor reverse function. This configuration allows precise and responsive instrument management, offering a higher level of control compared to conventional pressure pedals.
