Standard Surgical Sink
For clinics that have a hand-disinfection area outside the surgical room, it is possible to insert a comfortable standalone washbasin, where the surgeon and the medical team prepare for the operation. Given its particular use, the washbasin features all the functions required to protect the user from any contamination, by minimizing contact. The washbasins of the Handy Surgery line are made entirely of Stainless Steel with a Scotch Brite finish and are equipped with a splash-proof wall, rounded edges and a double fold to prevent cuts. They are complete with medical lever mixers and soap dispensers, the latter is also made entirely of Stainless Steel. There are two versions available: with single or double washbasin.
STERILA Surgical Sink
Many outpatient clinics lack a dedicated area for pre-operative hand disinfection, outside the operating room; in these cases, it is necessary to insert the washbasin inside the operating room. However, this implies a high risk of contamination and the need for continuous disinfection.This is why we have created Sterila, a cabinet that integrates the washbasin into the surgical area, while maintaining a very high level of hygiene. Thanks to a high-tech patent pending system, the ultraviolet lamp with UV-C technology integrated into Sterila is an unprecedented innovation: the cabinet is able to carry out automatic sterilization during the day, keeping the bacterial load low, and then annihilating it over night, via an intensive sterilization cycle. The Sterila lid further increases its functionality: when it closes, it turns into a comfortable worktop and the lamp works in total safety.
