TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE INSTAGRAM PHOTO CONTEST “T𝗜𝗗𝗦 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗘 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧”

The competition is free to enter, except for any ordinary phone or internet connection operator charges necessary for participating and based on your own data plan and contract. 

The prize can be collected:

• From Tecnomed Italia Srl’s headquarters in Via Salvador Allende No.2, 61040 Castelvecchio di Monte Porzio (PU), Italy;
• By courier service organized by the participant;
• By courier service organized by Tecnomed Italia Srl.

 Shipping costs are not included in the prize.

Participation is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Who can participate

The competition is open to all adult dental professionals (e.g. dentists, maxillofacial surgeons, dental hygienists, dental sector traders) with non-private Instagram profiles, since private profiles cannot be viewed by the public and therefore are excluded from the contest.

2. Duration

The duration of the contest is from 14/03/2023 until 11:59pm on 19/03/2023.

The awarding of the prize will take place on 20/03/2023 – 23:59

3. How to participate

⦁ Follow the official profile @tecnomed.italia on Instagram;

⦁ TAKE A SELFIE WHEN WEARING FALKO during the IDS trade fair in Cologne (Germany);

⦁ Share the snap on Instagram, tagging @tecnomed.italia and adding the hashtags #falkomed

4. Responsibilities and obligations
By participating in the contest, the authors of the posts confirm and certify that:

• The material uploaded via Instagram for the purposes of taking part in the contest has been created by themselves; 
• The posts do not contain obscene, explicitly sexual, violent, offensive or defamatory material;
• The posts do not contain any material that discriminates by sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation or religion;
• The posts do not contain material of a political nature;
• The posts do not contain images of recognizable minors, unless by have been unloaded exclusively by those who hold parental responsibility over such minors;
• The authors have obtained permission to publish the material from any persons appearing in images or videos contained in the posts;
• It is the responsibility of each and every participant to make sure that the publication of the posts does not raise any kind of legal dispute;
• The organizing committee has the right to remove from the contest any photos or posts deemed unsuitable or not conforming to the aforementioned criteria.

Furthermore:
⦁ Each user may only participate in the contest with only one profile and one post.

⦁ Photomontages are excluded from the contest.

⦁ The Promoter will exclude those contributions which, according to the Promoters’ unquestionable judgment, are contrary to the law or offensive to common decency.

⦁ The Promoter will exclude those contributions that clearly violate copyright or that do not respect the proposed theme. 

⦁ All employees and administrators of the Promoter, as well as their families, are excluded from participation in the contest.

5. Contest advertising
The contest will be advertised through on-line and off-line advertising. 

6. Prize

The winner may not contest the prize awarded, nor request its corresponding value in cash or its exchange or replacement for any reason. The winner may not claim any compensation for damages resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize. Any shipping costs are not part of the prize (see point 7). 

7. Prize award and collection

Tecnomed Italia will select the photo accompanied by the hashtags #falkomed and the mention @tecnomed.italia, that portray people when wearing FALKO visor

The winner will be contacted by the staff of Tecnomed Italia from 20/03/2023 via the DIRECT MESSAGING function of Instagram and will be subsequently proclaimed winner by a dedicated post on the profile @tecnomed.italia, on the company’s Facebook

At least 2 attempts will be made to communicate with the winner of the prize at two separate moments during the same day. 

If the winning participant does not answer during that day, he/she will be considered unreachable, and the next participant in terms of the number of likes will then be contacted, and so on until the contacted participant responds.

The prize can be collected or sent from:

8. Use of the image in catalogues and publications 
Photos marked with the hashtag #falkomed and the mention @tecnomed.italia may be reused by Tecnomed Italia Srl ​​and shared on social websites and profiles to promote the company’s activities. The author of the photo transfers all image rights to Tecnomed Italia Srl, ​​which may freely use the image while citing its author.
In any re-use on Instagram, the author will be cited using his/her own profile name as used on his/her Instagram profile or his/her own name in the event that the author declares and requests its use.
By participating, the participant authorizes the Promoter to publish the image on its website or in any other communication material and to make the image available to the public, even after the final deadline of this contest.

9. Privacy
Tecnomed Italia Srl ​​will not ask users for personal or sensitive data for their participation in the contest.

The personal data of any winner contacting Tecnomed Italia Srl ​​to collect the prize will not be published or given to third parties, nor used for advertising purposes unless specifically consented by the winner.

10. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Limitation of Liability
Participation in the contest implies express acceptance of the participant of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. The participant declares and warrants that he/she is the exclusive author of the contribution presented in the contest. In any case in which the contribution is not authored by the participant or such participant is not the holder of any broader rights of use, the participant shall indemnify and hold Tecnomed Italia Srl ​​harmless from any related claim, including any compensation for damages, from by the actual author or owner of the said rights or from any other third party with due cause.
